X-ray Showed Full Poop. Took Mirelax. What Is The Disease?

Hi, I had an exray recently that showe I'm full of poop. Told to take mirelax once a day. Before mirelax I had bowl movements everyday just not a lot. They were soft and sometimes fingerlike and squashed. Taking mirelax now and its the same consistency. I have been having constant lower back pain for awhile now. I do have bone spurs and arthritis in my lower back but Moët days it hurts to stand lay down and walk. Started talking alieve and been getting some relief just feels dull now. Also was diagnosed with irratable bowl syndrome years ago. I have gained about 15-20 pounds in the last year. I weight 180 and am five foot five inches talk. My stomach is pretty extended and has been for several months now. Any suggestions?

Hi ! The medicine you are taking is laxative which increase bowel movement but taking this long itself cause you problem. The thing you have to do is take fiber rich diet, vegetable, juice .along with this go for poop occult blood test to know if their is other cause too. And about joint pain consult with ortho.
