Would Constantly Coughing, Sometimes Cough Clear Stuff And Other Times Yellowish Stuff Be Signs Of Pneumonia?

I was diagnosed with pneumonia 3weeks ago. After the 10day antiobotics, I returned to the doctor for follow up. She said I sounded clearer and ordered me a chest X-ray for next week (2 weeks after the appointment). In the meantime, I am constantly coughing, sometimes i cough up clear stuff, other times it's yellow. I have no energy but do not have a fever. Could I still have pneumonia?

Thanks for the query to HCM.
As you mentioned that you were having pneumonia ( or diagnosed ) and took treatment for 10 days .
Usually most of pneumonia resolves within 10-14 days and this visible in X ray .
But you are still having cough with clear expectoration and sometimes yellowish in color .
In my opinion yellowish coloration of expectoration is concerning.
Get in fresh X ray at once along blood for C B C and E S R .
Also get in sputum ( phlegm ) examination for A F B ( usually this is most common cause of infection after pneumonia ) .
In my opinion consult one more physician and get his opinion ( 2nd).
