Worried About Pregnancy. Had D&C After A Miscarriage. High HCG Levels
I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago with a d&c....I wanted to wait one cycle before trying again but I fear I may have ovulated today and also had sex the night before. I am wondering if it is possible to ovulate while still having increased hcg levels and if I took an ovulation test, would it show up positive because of the extra hcg levels in my body not necessarily an lh surge?

I understand your concerns. However I also believe that you want to wait for another cycle before having any sexual contact which seems fine with anybody. I wonder if you have had any hormone checks done in the recent past to know about the HCG levels and yes, this may be the reason for the LH surge.
