Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Since she had stroke she should get her coagulants tested for in her blood as there is increased chance of clots formation in pregnancy. She can continue Heparin if she is already on it, but under medical supervision regarding dose and administration. Get her to Neurologist and get her tested for Coagulation study and then risk can be predicted and precaution can be taken with good medication.
