Will Swelling Due To Abscessed Tooth Affect Metal Mitral Valve?

I have an abcessed tooth with major swelling causing earache and jaw pain. This is my third day on antibiotics and the swelling is now moving down my neck with redness. I have a metal mitral valve and am on a blood thinner. Will this interfere with my valve?

What type of antibiotics are u taking. If the swelling is moving down your throat. C the doctor immediately. No need to worry about metal valve. Because the antibiotic ll cover for the abscess as well as your valve. As for the offending tooth, consult a dentist immediately. Do warm saline rinse or mouthwaah rinse regularly , and throat rinse too regularly
