Hi,
Welcome to HCM!

I understand your problem. However, you must realise that Tuberculosis is a highly contagious disease. Hence, it becomes your moral responsibility to ensure that no other person around you catches it.

Now as for the work clearance, different companies have different set of rules with regards to this. But looking at the contagious nature of this disease, it is unlikely that they will permit you to join.

What you can and must do is accept the offer and convince the authorities that you will join within few months. Tuberculosis is a disease which can be cured. Once you are cured of the disease, it will be totally safe for you to join and work.

Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts.

Wishing you the best.
With warm regards,
Dr. Sridhar Reddy.
