Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Usually the withdrawal bleeding occurs within7-10 days of stopping the oral contraceptives pills. There are minimal chances of getting pregnant if you have taken oral contraceptive pills regularly and as advised. However, even these pills have a failure rate of 0.1%, so if you don't get your periods in next one week, do get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly.
