Will Menopause Cause Pain In Rib Cage And Eyes?

I'm female 52 post menopause, about 6months now i wake every morning with whole ribcage in pain and eyes red which improve after moving around . Have also had long time reflux, and slight prolapse with slow urine release during night. Legs get stiff , hurts to walk when getting up and hips in pain after short distance walk. Wondering if these all connected? (Mum had osteoarthritis) I've been on St Johns wort 15yrs now, not depressed but I do have chronic insomnia(20 yrs. siblings also )so take1/2 stillnox 4 nights a week, do suffer from anxiety though. Please help , P.E.
