Will Having An Enlarged Thyroid Contribute To Headaches?

I have ulcerative colitis and recent diagnosed with Hasimotos. I am 29 5'7 125. I currently have an enlarged thyroid with nodolues. However, my TSH levels are right at normal 1.1 and free T4 1.07. Can having a high level of TPO cause you to have hypothyroid symptoms or could it be because maybe my body is not converting to T3. I do have elevated cortisol levels. Lastly, will having an enlarged thyroid contribute to headaches.
