Severe Headaches Daily, Fever, Have Thyroid Problem. Normal CAT Scan. Could Thyroid Be Causing Headaches?

Hi, I have been suffering from daily severe headaches. They are not migraines which I have suffered from for 32 years. Approximately six month ago my migraines ceased, no headaches whatsoever for a couple months. Then came my first severe headache & everyday since a daily severe headache. I have had a CAT scan - all normal. For a short time I was able to get thru these severe headaches with a cocktail of Excedrine Migraine & a small bottle of Mountain Dew pop, now that does not help. I also have thyroid disease. Could my thyroid disease be causing these severe headaches? I watch what I eat very closely & at first I thought salt/sodium was causing these severe headaches. So I cut my sodium intake but the headaches are getting worse. I have increased my water intake dramatically 12 to 20 glasses a day. This past week I even ran a low grade fever with these headaches.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This is not Migraine, this could be cluster headache or a tension headache need differentiation with investigation, you just said thyroid disease but what disease it is not mentioned here, still I would say that the headache is not because of thyroid problem, keep your depression level low Have nice Day.
