Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and would be glad to help you.

We require more detailed description of your symptoms such as frequency and severity of headache, presence of absence of nausea or vomiting, any increased sensitivity to light or noise, etc.

The most likely diagnosis in your case could be migraine, which can be well treated with medications.

Normal MRI of brain is a good news, as it excludes all serious causes of headaches.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
