OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Your doctor is right in telling you that there are no problems in the fetus by the emergency contraception( postpone 72) you have taken.
Postpone 72 contains levonorgestrel which is a progesterone, and it has no harmful effect on the fetus.
I would suggest you to continue the pregnancy and consult an OBGYN specialist for further management. Do get a detailed anomaly ultrasound at18-20 weeks of gestation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
