Hello dear, Good day. PCOD itself can cause slightly elevated Prolactin levels. Hypothyroidism is another cause of elevated prolactin. Meprate is a progesterone and after taking this if she is having periods, that means that her estrogen production is good. Hypothyroidism can also cause low height. However, in a girl with irregular periods and short height, we need to do few more tests. You need to meet an endocrinologist who will assess her height, weight, height for age, sexual maturity and also will take Xrays of bone and advice you what to do further.
Meprate is a hormonal pill which has to be taken atleast once in 2 months for 5-10 days to get periods. The duration of this can not be predicted. YOU DEFENITLY NEED AN ENDOCRINE WORK UP. Meeting a gynecologist and taking symptomatic treatment alone will not help in the long run.
