Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Budd chairi syndrome need multiple treatment approach.

Anticoagulant therapy or thrombmolytic treatment is used in case of coagulation abnormality.

Definitive treatment is percutaneous transhepatic balloon angioplasty (PTBA). It is treatment of choice for most of the cases.

Diuretic and portal decompression is used in selected cases.

So consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
