Will Azithral And Pantacid Help Mild Fever With Headache, Loose Motion ?

having mild fever since,2 days(temp recorded-100.8),headache,loose motion since1day
chest clear.
my test reports are like this:
1.total wbc-5200

Neutrophils-47%
Esinophils-02%
Basophils-00%
Lymphocytes:49%
Monocytes-02%
Malaria parasite(ICT):-
Plasmodium Falciparum- neg(-ve)
Plasmodium Virax- neg(-ve)

CHEMICAL:
Reaction: Acidic
Sugar: nil
Albumin :Trace
Phosphate: nil
MICROSCOPIC:
RBC :10-12 /HPF
Pus cells : 1-2 /HPF
Epith cells: 1-3 /HPF
Casts : nil
crytals: nil
yeast : nil
Bacteria : nil
Fat globules : nil
Microphilaria: nil
spermatozoa: nil
Medicines consuming:
1.tab O2(ofloxacin200+ ornidazole500) - 1 tab BD after food
2.tab Sumocold(paracetamol500+ cetrzine hcl5+ phenylephrine hcl5+ caffeine25) - 1 tab BD after food
3.tab Pantocid (pantoprazole40) - 1 tab BD bef food
4.tab. Azithral (Azithromycin500) - 1 tab OD bef food
but the fever is still not coming down.shall i continue with this and wait or ad anything to this .

*Fever is related to underlying bacteremia.
*Give antibiotics time to work on the same, have patience it will come
around definately. continue same they have excellent effects.
*Along with this I suggest :
- take plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, home made
juices, butter milk, green tea etc.
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg / beverages / junk foods.
- avoid overeating.
- remain ambulatory.
