I AM HAVING LOOSE MOTION SISNCE TWO DAYS IN MORNING ONLY FOLLOWED BY COUGH, COLD, MIND FEVER, HEADACHE. AND I AM FEELING EXCESS WEEK. I HAVE TAKEN GODCEF-200, BIFILAC, PARACETAMOL ONE TABLET B.D . NOW I HAVE STOPPED ALL MEDICINES. COUGH AND COLD ARE STILL CONTINUING. IAM FEELING DYHEDRATION AND FULL WEEK EVEN NOT ABLE TO STAND. tab azithromycin 500 once a day .tab levocetrizine plus phenylephrine twice a day ..drink lukeworm water.and saline gargling ..continue for 3 days.
