Wife has Chest pains when sleeps, relax

Hi, My wife has the above symptoms. She didn't want to post anything but I figure.. hey.. nothing too lose at this point. O.k. She has had a good work up from her Dr. and Coronary Specialist. Thallium test(spelling?), Cornary CTA and so far negitive from any obvious symptoms, EKG'S. Cholesterol is good etc.. all looks good. Not much stress in her life right now and only works part time. She doesn't have pain when she exercises (fast walking).. just when she relax's ... not every time.. just once in awhile. The pain in the jaw left arm etc.. so I have too be concerned.. besides... yea... *here it comes... no snuggly in the bed while she is having problems so it is better for all of us...( that means me)... that we get this resolved so I am looking for any thoughts that you may have that we can research. We are learning as we go and just trying to gather info. so we can make better decisions about future treatment decisions. Oh yea, she is 42, a bit overweight, tires easily and no obvious problems in tests or blood test etc...

At 2:30 pm I urgently awoke my wife to help me go to the bathroom. I thought lots blood was coming out of my nose. Turned out to be only liquid. When i returned to bed my wife was feeling chest pains and still is. No pain on her arms. Her heart is not beating eregularly. May be muscle related. We are going to her internist in the morning to have her checked out anyway. Her chest is still hurting and we wanted to know what can I do to help ease or better yet eliminate the pain so she can get back to sleep? Thank you! Victor Thank you anyway, unfortunately we can not afford it. Goodnight.

I ve been experiencing achy chest pain, in the middle of my chest, on and off for about 5 months now. It comes and goes, isn t super painful, but painful enough I know it s not normal. It seems almost like a heavy sensation and then will become acute for a second and then just feel like a heavy pressure. Seems lately like I can always feel the heaviness and then from time to time it becomes acute. I feel it sometimes when I m sleeping as well as awake. Sometimes I think it s in the middle of my back and the pain is radiation out towards my sternum. I had an ECHO Cardio gram on the treadmill about 10months ago, for the same symptoms and it showed nothing. The symptoms since then went away for a few months but have been back for the last 5 months. What I m feeling can t be normal. My wife says could be stress, but I don t think I m any more stressed than I normally am and not a stressed out person by nature. Hard to describe the pain - all I can say is I can always feel the heavy presence feeling and now and again it kind of grabs me for a split second. Any thoughts?

for the past month I ve been having shortness of breath when walking 3 to 5 flights of stairs and weezing, my chest gets tight and will have pain. Also, I present for my job and during my presentations I will cough occasionally and sometimes resulting in a coughing attack. When speaking more is when it will become more obvious. it feels almost as if there is acid in my throat at times. When sleeping or relaxing its less noticeable, but when I try to be more active or my heart rate increases is when I really notice the chest pain and weezing
