Hi! Female. 20 yrs old. 5'2". 123 lbs. It is June of 2011 and I have been on Loestrin 24 Fe since November 2010. The first month I had breakthrough bleeding for about 1 week before my period was supposed to start. I did not have a period that month and I haven't had one at all since the breakthrough bleeding in November 2010. I just got married in March 2011 and became sexually active. I have not had a period and have had negative pregnancy tests. Last week I had another breakthrough bleeding, weeks before I'm supposed to take the brown pills (I just started a new pack). The bleeding was only for a couple of days. I wouldn't be so concerned about this but I am because I haven had a period since November. Could I be pregnant? I have been extremely tired, slight nausea before bedtime, and back aches. Are these pregnancy symptoms?
