hi i jump from a wall 6 feet high in landed on my heel after i got pain with my heart beating very hard and i had to lay down when the pain stop about half and hour after i good not walk and that said night i got lots of pain could not sleep when i got up could not walk i went to doctor and he give me nimulid md tablet and dexamethasone tablets and and injection and told me to come back in 2 days and i went but could not walk still on my heel it is still painfull he took and x tray and it had a fracture heel what advice you can give me i have to see the doctor tomorow and the funny thing is i have no pain and i can move my ankel right around and my toes but i cannot sep on my heel to walk that is my left foot please advice me waht to do bucause i don,t want no proclems in the future i am a exercise person and also working please advice me.
