Why There Is A Sharp Pain In My Rib Cage And Chest?

im a 22 yearold male im a college student. i weight 207 and im 6ft. Is it common to have sharp pain all over my chest and rip cage when i touch it? i also have 2 or 3 little lumps on my rib cage. The other problem i have is every time i eat somthing no matter what it is 10 or 15 mins later i have diarrhea.

Hello,

The sharp pain on the chest are just local inflammation or costochondritis. Anyway, considering the lumps, I would recommend performing a chest X-ray study. The diarrhea after eating could be related to gluten intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome. I recommend testing for gluten intolerance.
