Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that your intestines are flaccid, with less motility, due to neuritis of the autonomous system.
I advise you to consult gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
There are certain gastro kinetics, like domperidone, pentaprazole etc to aid the intestines to move correctly.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to assist the intestines to become normal.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
