Why Is There Pain In My Right Breast With A Pea Shape Lump In It ?
I am in ninth month of pregnancy . Few days back had a shoting pain in right breast and then found a pea shape lump in breast. I still have dull pain in that breast? what is it?

Hi,thanks for query.Normally during pregnancy lots of changes occurs in breast as a result of action of hormones.The breast is getting ready secrete milk.A lump needs examination.It could be blocked duct giving rise to pain and swelling,please talk to your doctor.bye.

you needed to be clinically examined.. do not worry now..as there are many cause for the lump in the breast... .. after delivery, mamography can be done to find the lesion.. common cause are Fibroadenoma of breast.. surgical excision is the treatment...

Breast lumps may occur normally in pregnancy, especially in the third trimester when the breasts are getting ready for lactation. Such masses are typically soft, mobile and occur in both breasts. They may be tender.so i think its normal . no need to worry. if you still in doubt you can consult your gynecologist. take care
