Hi Dr Bhaia,I am a 46 yr old married woman and can you please tell me why do i have a brown smelly vaginal discharge 10-15 days after menstruation for the last year and it last for about 6-7 days ,after that its back to normal again,its sligtly painful

As it is smeely brown discharge,it is possible you might have some infection in your genital tract.
Go for vaginal swab examination.
Go for ultra sound.
