went to family doctor he said he thinks I have a blood clot-in the middle under the head of the penis.its about the size of a pencil head eraser.allso during erection the penis is bigger on left side and the head of the penis is extended.clot is not soft feel hard.

you may have an aneurysm in the vessels in the penis that is why there is ballooning during erection. other differentials would be calcification in the penile vessels. You may need to see a Urologist for him to do a complete physical examination and confirm my suspicions. He may need to do some imaging on your penis to have a definite diagnosis and treatment would depend on the diagnosis.
