Why Is My Penis Oozing Blood From Past Two Days?
I have fresh blood coming out of my penis which is bright red, wondering if it is from the penis itself as it is not diluted. This has been for two days now and obviously worrying. I have no symptoms if fever and have no pain in my stomach or kidney area s. what could this be? Is ther such a thing as a penile fissure?

The symptom is suggestive of stone in urethra, cystitis, injury, urethral infection and these need to be differentiated, but if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case on tentative level and best option would be "Sodium Hydrogen citrate" solution 20 mg four times in day, if even with this symptoms remains as its then I would ask for investigation, hope this information helps.
