Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi dear,
not able to feel climax is due to anxiety or depression or blood pressure or due to medication .
as your partner is on citalopram which may also interfere with climax.
consult psychiatrist for both anxiety and also tell that you have sexual problem so start any medication which has no effect on sex.
Thank you
