Hi,
You had sexual contact with barrier contraceptive failure during safe period (Chance of pregnancy becomes least) then took emergency contrceptive pill which has side effect of spotting , abdominal cramps , irregular menstruation ,..... So if symptomatic then take anti spasmodic , analgesic (NSAID ), PPI with plenty of fluids , bed rest.Symptom ll go off in 5-7 days.if it doesn't then visit gyne clinic for further clinical evaluation n management accordingly.

Hope this ll help

THANKS N REGARDS
