Why Is My BP High After Taking Medicines?

Hi my bllod pressure is 146 over 115. I do take medication for HB my medicine has always seemed to keep it under control. But the last 4 to 5 days it has been high, and I don't feel that great, headaches, pressure and all that. I have been on the same medicine for about 15 or so years. What do you think??
