in developing phase there is unmatched growth is possible
so if u r below 20 yrs u need not to worry as there is chance of getting normal breast both side
if ur age is above 20 then u need to consult doctor as there might be hormonal problem also
now a day modern medicine and surgery are available which will cure ur problem
