hi ,my child is 1yr old and has a watery diarrohea since 6 days associated with vomiting ,inital stooltest suggested nothing but stool test today suggestd dysentry and he is under ors and cefeximie since 4 days but its not getting better,please suggest

what is the culture report? see that the which bacteria has caused it, and which antibiotic is sensitive for that bacteria, give that antibiotic, he will be cured.
