Hello,
Weight gain is a side effect of the pill and so are mood disturbances. If you are unable to tolerate the effects, please change the pill after asking your health care provider to select the one that suits you most. You have several options. Bleeding after intercourse should be inspected further to exclude local causes like cervical erosions, infections of the vagina and the cervix and cervical polyps. Pap smear, sonogram of the pelvis, urinalysis, local examination, vaginal and cervical swabs are all helpful. Hope this helps.
