Why Do I Get Sharp Pain During Urination ?
i felt pressure on my lower abdomen n the urge to urinate my urine lab came negative for infection but dr still gave me antibiotics just finish taking them last night but still have urge to urinate n now i have like sharp pains in urine area im 43 years old female

Inspite of antibiotic course still your problem persists it is possible that you might have cystocele or might have stones in the bladder.
Go for ultra sound and urine culture.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
