Why Am I Having Sharp Pain Under My Breast While Coughing?

I'm 15 and I was sick on the 23 and then it worsened the following day with stuffy nose, brutal cough, , fatigue and shortness of breath. I felt like even getting up was a challenge. Now I still have the cough, and runny nose but now whenever I cough there is a sharp pain underneath my left breast.
