Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be because of allergy ( dust ), please do salt water gargling twice daily and do steam inhalation also take Tab. Levocet 5mg in the night, if symptoms are persistent and if you have any history of asthma then please visit clinic for a physical examination and further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
