Hello,
From your history it appears as though you had a self-induced abortion and did not have a pre or post procedure check up by a specialist. Your symptoms are suggestive of infection. The history of excessive bleeding could be due to either an advanced pregnancy or an incomplete abortion. In the current scenario, the ideal thing to do is to have a proper clinical assessment, urinalysis and a trans-vaginal sonogram. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
