I am 29 years old, about 5'5" and 125 LBS. I normally have a normal menstrual cycle, but this month I just started my period for the third time in less than 30 days. I had a spinal fusion and disk replacement 9 months ago and I just recently had a cervicle steroid epidural injection in May. I take pain medication for my back and neck on an as needed basis, but I do not abuse it (I was in a bad car accident a year and 9 months ago and was injured pretty badly). I am not sure if the epidural has anything to do with my abnormal bleeding? I have not been sexually active in several months and I have never had abnormal bleeding like this. What could be wrong?
