Why Am I Having Bowel Movement Of Balls Of Stool Connected By A String?

I am pregnant and have been suffering from constipation. I started taking metamucil and have had strange bowel movements. It looks like little balls of stool connected by a long string...could this be from the metamucil? I'm freaking out that I have worms or something

hi,this can be most likely because of meatmucil as it is a bulk laxative.no this is no way indicator of worms.drink lots of water 10 to 12 glasses in a day.if you still feel uncomfortable with Metamucil you can use syrup creamffin 2 tsf at bedtime for constipation relief.all the best and take care.
