Why am I having abdominal pain with dark brown discharge and sever headaches ?

I have some abdominal pain on the left and right side, dark brown discharge, severe headaches, and sometimes when i turn my head it feels like there is pressure being put on my head but like on the inside and I feel dizzy

Thanks for query,
You might have some infection in your genital tract causing pain, headache etc.
Go for gynaec and ultra sound for diagnosis and treatment.
