Why I Am Experiencing Constant Nausea Symptoms?

Hi I have experienced constant nausea symptoms ever since an episode of stomach pain and vomiting 3 years ago. I get nausea almost all the time which had got a little better not as constant all the time after a month of proton pump inhibitor. However, I do get a times when it can be quite bad and then settles and comes back after a few weeks. I recently have been experiencing burning sensation in throat and a lot of burping sometimes have to force myself to burp to feel better. This I think started when I had iron tablets which usually also make me constipated and the ones this time I had for a couple of times and got heartburn. I have stopped taking them about 2 weeks ago and went to doctors as it was not going away and am on another months of proton pump inhibitors. I am also experiencing hair loss since when these stomach issues started around 3 years ago and they are getting thinner and thinner and the hair loss does not seem to stop and get back to normal as they were before the issues. Please help I have had enough and am really worried and any damage may have been caused inside and do not want to go bold as if I go through a another phase of alot of hair loss which sometimes happens in between gets worse and then gets a little better in fall out I will start getting bold which i do not want. I have in the past had iron tablets and vitamin d tablets. I have also had a akin infection which gave me boils in a localised area for which i had antibiotics and luckily so far have not returned and pray never do. Please help. I am 23 years old, 5ft 4inches and indian - sikh and vegetarian

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are 23 years, of age, and have the nausea, since 3 years.
Nausea, present so long suggests that there must be some problem with the liver, or stomach, or intestines.the problem may be the hepatitis B, intolerance to certain foods etc.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrasound, liver function tests etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
