Whom Do I Consult For My Stomach And Leg Cramps?

hi doctor , I been trying to find a doctor that handel or hasa knowledge of parasites . I have been having stomach cramps and leg cramps for some time. you can hear them making strange noses when i'm in a meeting it sounds like when you haven eaten and your stomach makes noises. I'm not crazy you can see them migrating in my stomach and my upper legs. is their doctors that handel these type of cases.
