White spots on penis, spreading. Is it leucoderma and can it be cured?
i have white spot on my penis shaft. initially , it was small dots and they grew and finally merged to formed a bigger patch. now it s further spreading leaving small islands of natural skin within the white patch. I never had any kind of physical relation with anyone. when i consulted to a dermatologist , he said that it s leucoderma. Can it be cure? Please help.

leucoderma is an autoimmune disorder and will in most cases respond to topical treatment, and there may be some resistant cases.
it is not contagious and does not occur due to physical contact.
