White Patches In Throat And Spots On Lips, Ruptures And Rashes On Tongue. Advice?

salam sir, my age is 27. weight is 100 kg. height is 5.10. i have whtie patches behind my throat when i see in mirror. i also have red bumps on the back of my tonuge and rupture of tongue on sides. i often feel breath problem and 3 months ago throat was giving pain but now it is harmless. now i have white dots on my lips as well. wts ds?

Hello,
Your gums and lips are affected with ulcers.
I would advice you to maintain oral hygiene well.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Brush and floss your teeth daily.
Plenty of fluids and nutritious diet has to be taken.
Vitamin becosules,c,iron and folic acid supplements has to be taken.
Visit a dentist if symptoms persists.
