White Discharge Before Periods Due With Severe Pain. Relief Measure?

Hi,I am 38 years Old having 4 sicerian kids , after 4th baby I closed down my Uterus coz i dont need more babies .mostly I m having severe pain before periods but this time I m having white watery discharge just before periods but periods not start yet. Kindly advice me something for pain releif & what is this white watery discharge???

Hi,
Usually before periods vaginal discharge can increase due to hormonal effect.
If the discharge is not having associated symptoms like foul smell, itching etc, no need to worry.
It may be just an indication of impending periods.
If you have any associated symptoms as I mentioned better to consult gynecologist and get examined once.
By examination the exact cause of your problems can be identified and treated.
