White Bump On The Tip Of My Tongue, Pain On Eating Anything, Talking. Cure For Bump?

I have a white bump on the tip of my tongue have had it for three days now and I feel it s just getting worse and it s very painful I think I may also feel like I might be getting one on the back of my tong and it hurts also. Hurts to eat and starting to hurt when I talk. What can I do to feel better I have tries to pop it but it make my eyes water so bad bc it Hurts

There are many reasons that can make your tongue sore and painful.
Accidental trauma due to biting or scalding of tongue can result in bumpy and sore tongue .
Excessive smoking can irritatae the tongue .
Cancer sores and ulcers on the tongue .
Enlarged papillae if becomes inflammed and irritated .
Medical conditions including diabetes and aneamia .
Oral cancers if the bump doesnt go away in a week or two consult a dentist .

I would suggest you to consult a dentist and get a checkup done .
Clean the tongue with tongue cleaner .
Take vitamin suplements .
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Apply dologel oral ointment topically over the affected area .
