Brief Answer:
Fiber supplements can be given

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I am sorry to know about her condition. Usually constipation alternates with diarrhea in case the bowel movements are not proper. In such a case fiber intake needs to be ensured. Fiber supplements can still be dissolved in a fluid and given through feeding tube. It would also be advisable to give curd or yogurt as they contain beneficial bacteria. Probiotics can be given as an alternative. I hope that would take care of the constipation and diarrhea.

Let me know if I could help further.
