Which is best surgery for face lifting?

Does a facelift make so much of a difference that someone who is 60 can start looking 20 or 25 or is it just a relative difference?

Thanks for writing to us.
The extent of difference the face lifting surgery will make depends on the individual face, extent of wrinkles present, shape of the face, etc. There is a considerable inter individual variation seen. Your cosmetic surgeon is the best person who can assess the extent of change it can make on your face.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

No, it will be a relative difference. We can knock down 5 to 10 years, but we cannot expect someone who is 60 to start looking 20 because there are so many skin changes that occur due to one?s age. In a facelift we merely tighten the skin. But the skin which has become thin over a period of time or which has some pigmentation on the surface as well as some textural changes requires a different kind of a surgical procedure to take care of.
