Which Exercise To Be Performed By A Person Having RA And Diabetes?

I was diagnosed with RA in May of this year and am currently taking 10mg mtx weekly and 1mg folic acid daily. I am always tired and hurt all over. I am also type 2 diabetic. What kind of excercise can I do that will not be too stressful on my joints?

Hi,

Usually, light exercises (including stretching of the muscles) that keeps your joints in movement are the best.

Feeling tired would be because of mtx and because of diabetes.

You can start with light exercises, then, can go for moderate and massaging.

All the best!
