When U Get An Echocardiogram And The Tech Doesnt Say Anything

when u get an echocardiogram and the tech doesn't say anything is that a good sign.?
I had a chest xray done last week and I was told that my heart was enlarged. Today I had an echocardigram done. The tech didn't say anything and he scheduled my doctors appt for 10 days away. Is that a good sign or does it normally take that much time to get the results from the test?

It's not a good sign or a bad sign. The techs are not allowed (under penalty of law) to tell you anything about the tests they administer....Only your doctor is allowed to talk to you about them. 10 days is about normal for scheduling a follow-up appointment, so don't worry yourself needlessly, until you can speak to your doctor and get the facts. Good luck!
