Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

These are colloquial terms –
Lining may mean the thin membrane covering the heart / Pericardium
Muscle thinning means the area is smaller than surrounding tissue
That is generally the muscle being replaced by scar tissue...
This usually happens from healing after a heart attack
Burst means it has given way – ruptured...
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
