When Can I Smoke After Undergoing Myringoplasty?

Hello. How long after having a Myringoplasty should I wait before smoking? Will smoking cause any pain, or just increase the chance of infection? I have not smoked for three days and I am looking to go and have a cigarette. Many thanks for any advice offered.
